About the Studio

Proving that modernism is just as alive in the Midwest as elsewhere in the country, our Columbus Studio is home to over 3,000 square feet of new and classic designs. Sited in the Easton Town Center, Ohio's premier shopping venue, the Studio is easily accessible to serve as a community design center complete with frequent design-focused events. Visitors are invited to test-drive designs from Eames and Mies van der Rohe to Stark and Rashid, as well as designs for bedroom, lounge, workspace, lighting, accessories, floor coverings and outdoor. Studio proprietor Matthew Ungar, a Columbus native with many years in the local design community, oversees the studio along with associates Scott Grimsley and Mia Kristanto. Please stop in and say hello.

EVENTS An exclusive City Hop Preview Event Friday, June 13, 8–11pm Join DWR at an invitation-only event to kick off the ninth annual City Hop, downtown Columbus’ tour of living spaces and landmarks led by Columbus Landmarks Foundation (www.columbuslandmarks.org). Held at the North Bank Park condominiums, the preview event will include four models open for viewing. The premiere model is furnished by DWR-Columbus and features artwork provided by Muse Gallery, sculptor David Hostetler and Jacob Neil Home Collection. RSVP by June 2 for this event, which will feature live music, refreshments, hors d’oeuvres and sweeping views of the city.
